In early September, eight members from Price & Myers cycled the 79km fastest team competition in Sussex for the annual Forcia Limited Building Life Cycle event supported by Lockton. Oasys were proud to sponsor the cycling shirts that the team wore during the event.

Forcia developed the Building Life Cycle in 2015, and it has been held every year since excluding the ‘Covid years’. The event returned for its 10th anniversary in September. Teams completed the course distance through the Sussex countryside, starting from and ending at Hassocks. Each four-person team had to follow the prescribed route, start together, hit two checkpoints together and finish together.
Both the women’s and the men’s teams came in second in their categories – a fantastic achievement!

Associate Structural Engineer at Price & Myers, Katherine Chimenes joined us back in June for Digital Construction Week (DCW) where she presented the latest innovations in structural engineering on the Tech Stage alongside David de Koning. She’ll also be joining us for The Institution of Structural Engineers Structural Awards in November. It’s been a pleasure to work with Katherine and support her cycling endeavours this year.
The team will be riding for the British Council for Offices (BCO) Cycle Challenge in 2026, and Katherine is riding in Kings Lynn very soon. We wish everyone a safe and successful onward pedal! #

We’d like to say a huge congratulations to the Price & Myers team. Good luck to Katherine for her next bike adventure, we look forward to hearing all about it.
