Lucy is a Fire Engineer in the Edinburgh office and forms part of the Arup UK Fire team. She has experience in producing large scale MassMotion models to analyse evacuation during fire events.

Sarah Cauldwell | Senior Planner at Arup

Sarah has worked for Arup for 16 years and is a Transport Planner, with a focus on people movement/ pedestrian planning. Sarah has experience of a wide variety of projects including station and stadia design and evacuation assessments.

Michael Kinsey | Executive Advisor at Movement Strategies (a GHD Company)

Dr Michael Kinsey is an Executive Advisor within Movement Strategies (a GHD Company) and a Chartered Engineer. His role involves helping understand how people use and move within the built environment along with developing interventions to reduce crowds and queues, improve safety, increase revenue, and improve general customer experience.  He is also an active writer of scientific conference/journal papers associated with evacuation modelling and human behaviour in fire.
