As of today, January 14th 2020, Microsoft will be withdrawing support for Windows 7. As a consequence Oasys has been withdrawing technical support for its products where they are being run on Windows 7 since November 2019. Oasys software that is currently running on Windows 7 will continue to function as before and there are no plans to deliberately prevent future versions working on Windows 7, but updates to our hardware to meet our quality and security standards mean that we will no longer be able to test installation or operation and so will be unable to give support.
What should you do? As we are sure you will have already heard from Microsoft, an upgrade to Windows 10 and possibly a new computer is their recommendation.
