We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.

All data is stored in secure electronic systems accessible only to Oasys staff with both valid network login credentials and specific authorisation to access the system.  Our systems further limit data access by role to ensure data is available only to those who have a specific need to see it.

If at any point you suspect or receive a suspicious communication from someone suggesting they work for Oasys or a website claiming to be affiliated with Oasys, please forward the communication to us or report the incident by email to [email protected] or in writing to Oasys, 13 Fitzroy Street, London, UK, W1T 4BQ as soon as possible.

Terms and Conditions of Purchase

The full conditions of purchase and maintenance for all Oasys software are set out in the Oasys Software Licence and Support Agreement. All prices are subject to TAX at the current rate.

Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice – please ask for a written quotation.

Although every care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of all information contained herein, the contents do not form or constitute a representation, warranty, or part of any contract.

Superseded Versions of Terms and Conditions

Oasys keeps copies of all superseded versions of its terms and conditions.

Maintenance & Support Services

Support and maintenance is included with all subscription licences for their full duration.

Annual maintenance contracts are available for software under a perpetual licence, prices are based on a percentage of the most recent list price.

This service includes:

  • telephone/email/web based support
  • free software updates available via internet download
  • personalised output header for many products

Junior Product Manager

Role information

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a junior product manager to join our global team specialising in technical software for structural and geotechnical engineering design and analysis. You will play a key role for Oasys, a world-leading engineering software suite that has been used to design iconic structures across the globe. Our team is a mix of engineers and software developers in different locations around the world, who work to define and develop new features as well as refine and optimise the existing ones.

The Oasys structural suite is a complete design and analysis package that allows engineers to tackle any structural design challenge, whether it involves buildings, bridge, tunnels, tensile structures or more. The junior product manager will be in the thick of the action, collaborating with the development team in Oasys and Arup’s design teams all around the world. You will be responsible for steering the development of the structural suite to make it as useful as possible to our design teams, and to communicate its value so that as many teams as possible can benefit from it.

You’ll be encouraged to join the firm’s Software Delivery Skills Network, a global network of product managers and designers who share best practices and provide mutual support.

This role is in a geographically dispersed team and reports into the head of product, Oasys Structural who is based in Montreal, Canada.

General Responsibilities

  • Understand the needs of current and potential users through continuous discovery, user and market research and observing industry trends
  • Liaise with key Arup stakeholders in the structural community on current and future usage of the Oasys Structural Suite
  • Shape future work on the Oasys Structural suite
  • Prioritize development work in collaboration with the Oasys Structural product and technical leads and key stakeholders
  • Maintain the Oasys Structural roadmap
  • Maintain connections with individuals, project teams and skills networks who use the Oasys Structural Suite to deliver projects and tools
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation including tutorials, reference material, case studies and video content
  • Provide user training and support within Arup (occasional foreign travel may be required)
  • Work with the software development team to test new releases
