Upon receipt of your order we will typically need to contact you to obtain machine details so that we can generate your licence files. We undertake to ship licences within five working days of receipt of both the machine details and payment. In most instances, licences are issued by email within 24 hours.
Where you elect to receive software on a CD, we will then send it via first class post.
Most of our software can be downloaded from our web site and installed for a trial period free of charge. We encourage all customers to install and test the software prior to purchase, ensuring that it meets your expectations. If having purchased the software you are dissatisfied and wish to obtain a refund, please write to the following address providing evidence of your purchase and stating the nature of your claim:

If your order is refused by us we will refund you. We reserve the right to choose the method of refund e.g. cheque, bank transfer etc.
As part of a sales transaction we may ask for your contact details and other information. This information is only used by Oasys Ltd and its parent Company Arup Group Ltd to process your order and maintain contact with you for support, product updates and notifications. We do not pass your data on to any other organisations.
Oasys Ltd do not hold or indeed see any of your credit card details. The final part of the transaction all takes place on HSBC's servers and is protected by the many and various systems that the bank employs.
Twelve months support and maintenance is included with most products. Thereafter maintenance is typically 20% of the current sales price.
An annual maintenance service is available for most programs after the first year.

Renting software and charging it to a project can be a very effective way of managing costs. Oasys Limited can save you further, by crediting half of the rental charge against a subsequent purchase (to a maximum of half the current price).
In the case of extended rental, the aggregate rent period is used in determining the new rent price.

All services detailed under licence fees above (with the exception of usage in perpetuity) are provided for rented software.
Rented software is supplied configured to cease working at the end of the rental period. The rent may be extended for a further period and the software remotely reset in-situ. All rental fees must be paid in full in advance.
The full conditions of purchase and maintenance are set out in the Oasys Software Licence and Support Agreement. All prices are subject to TAX at the current rate.
