Extract the contents of the zip file to a local disk and open file 'tutorials.htm'.

If the zip file is extracted to the Oasys program files folder e.g. 'C:\Program Files\Oasys', the extraction will create a sub-folder 'alp_tutorials' and the tutorials will be accessible from the 'Help | Tutorials...' command within Alp, overriding the link to this web site.
