Document Management Development Team Leader (India)

nHance Engineering Solutions Pvt Ltd located in Hyderabad is supplier of Oasys software to customers in a number of Asian countries. nHance, part of Arup Group Ltd, has a development team that works closely with Oasys teams in developing Oasys' suite of software products. Oasys software is used by all Arup engineers and a large number of external professional engineering services firms across the world.

Role: Team Leader - Document Management software (India)

Location: Hyderabad, India

Job Profile:

• Develop software as per existing design and coding standards by closely working with the UK team.
• Provide technical leadership to Document Management Team in India. This will require understanding the task, providing approaches and potential technical solutions to the problem.
• Mentor junior members of the team, from writing software to solving problems.

Job Requirements:

• Exceptional ability in Object Oriented programming using C++ and GUI application development using MFC.
• Knowledge of STL, ATL, COM, .Net.
• Good oral and written communication skills in English.
