LS-OPT

LS-OPT developed by Livermore Software Technology Corp. (LSTC), is an optimization tool that can be linked to any simulation software and in particular links in perfectly with LS-DYNA. It allows the user to structure the design process, explore the design space and compute optimal designs according to specified constraints and objectives. The program is also highly suited for solving system identification problems and for performing stochastic analysis.
The graphical user interface (GUI) works with the various LS-DYNA keywords and provides the user a simple and easy way to specify optimization inputs, monitor and control parallel simulations and post-process optimization data.

LS-OPT is included free of charge with the LS-DYNA software.
