Asst. Manager - Technical Support (Pune, India)

nhance Engineering Solutions is a part of the Arup Group and specializes in the development of engineering and technical software. Since 2004, nhance engineers have been involved in the development of vehicle design, structural engineering and geotechnical engineering software. nhance teams also participate in the development of CAD, 3D visualization and other productivity enhancement tools.

Role: Asst. Manager - Technical Support

Location: Pune, India

Job profile:

The selected individual will be based in our new Pune office and will report to the Leader of the support function based at Hyderabad.This is an ideal role for someone who is comfortable to work on their own with limited guidance, independently learn new technologies and enjoy multi-tasking to solve customer issues. The selected candidate is expected to

  • Provide technical support to customers on all aspects of using LS-DYNA and Oasys software
  • Offer technical advice to customers on FE modelling and simulation
  • Build example models for different applications of LS-DYNA
  • Communicate ideas and results both by oral and written communication to a variety of individuals
  • Provide training to customers
  • Meet prospective customers and establish good relationship

Job requirements:

  • Strong engineering and problem solving skills
  • Experience in using LS-DYNA software to solve variety of problems
  • Proficiency in Crash worthiness simulations
  • Advanced engineering degree from a reputed institute
  • Demonstrable experience in independent working
